Facilities We have organized our office to provide the best personal orthotic/prosthetic care possible, including complete wheelchair accessibility and a covered driveway for protection against bad weather while loading and unloading. Our ABC accredited facilities include the administrative department for all record-keeping and data processing, the waiting room for patient and familv convenience, 6 fully-equipped patient rooms for comprehensive attention and care, and the laboratory facility where we design and construct orthoses and prostheses. In addition, we are a member of American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (AOPA), whose goal is to enhance orthotic/prosthetic care on a national level. |
Office Hours Our regular office hours are by appointment Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is closed on weekends and major holidays. The office may also be closed when our staff attends meetings and seminars to share information and increase our skills. Our answering service is always available to take messages when the office is closed. |
Telephone Calls Our telephone number is (252) 752-1253, and you are encouraged to call with any questions you have. It would be unfair to patients being seen to interrupt the practitioner for every phone call, and our office staff is qualified to answer most questions. When necessary the practitioner will return your call at the earliest opportunity. |
Smoking Smoking at our facility is permitted only in the waiting area. We do not permit smoking in the patient rooms. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter. |
